The Davis' of Monmouth already had a great looking glass roof conservatory which was no more than a few years old
However, it was there when they purchased the house and wasn't their choice - they wanted to update the style from Edwardian Box Gutter in glass to Gable style room with Solid Roof - to help maintain light and views whilst improving look and performance of the room
The conservatory already looked stunning - in fact it was a Conservatory Heronhurst originally installed on the property for the previous owners

The Griffiths' conservatory was very large and had been installed on the house many years previous
As the property has multi-use - it is both their family home and a bed and breakfast, they tended to split the room into a visitors area and space for the family - although this wasn't always ideal
